Hi everyone, I need some help. I try so hard to eat right and stay healthy, but I never feel like I have any support. I need someone to help me stay focused and on track. Is there anyone else that would want to chat and motivate each other?

Start counting calories.. If you eat more in one meal, start thinking you will need to work harder in your next workout to burn that excess..once you are able to execute it, you will think twice before going for that burger the next time.
