You need a low fat percentage, so you have to do cardio and diet. The diet shouldn't be too extreme, or you'll lose muscles.
You'll have to train your entire body for that. To lower the fat percentage make sure you do HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) try juicing and a healthier diet. Posture also has a lot to do with you abdomen. Try planks, obliques, bicycles, etc...
