Whats the best way
Okay I'm a huge soda drinker and love my coffee. And i work in a factory so i basically stand in one spot for 8 hrs a day 5 days a week and I'm really needing advice on what to do cause i don't feel comfortable in this body i want to be slim and healthy. Ive cut down ALOT on fast food. My acne is terrible my pores are huge. And i want to loose my gut.. I'm 5'7 age 21 and i weigh 290 pounds. I know bad right. It hurts to stand on my feet for so long and i barly have energy to walk up the stairs to my apartment i need help opinions, advice and I'm trying to quit smoking also the patches don't work for me neither do the ecigs and i don't like taking pills.

Try reading the book "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking"
I smoked for years and that book helped me a lot when I quit.
Try switching to flavored seltzer instead of soda. Iced green tea or iced coffee (unsweetened, tea w maybe a splash of lemon juice) can help w getting done caffeine w/o all the empty calories.
