I can't run because i just dont have time n i get home very late so i do my exercises inside the house. ... wat can i do instead of running

Depends what you want to do, if you want to lose body fat cardio :jumprope jog run do sprints... if you want to get toned let me kno specific areas like legs arms etc and ill get back to you asap with workouts you can do

Cardio always needs time to be effective, so you have to set priorities.

Do a 20 minute high intensity cardio workout. Try a circuit of something like this: do each for a minute and move to the next one. After finishing each excersise take a 1-2 minute break and go again. Do the whole work out 3 times. 

Burpees
Mountain climbers 
Body weight or goblet squats
Push-ups
High knee sprints
Backward plank with leg raises.
