I can't run because i just dont have time n i get home very late so i do my exercises inside the house. ... wat can i do instead of running

Cardio always needs time to be effective, so you have to set priorities.

Do a 20 minute high intensity cardio workout. Try a circuit of something like this: do each for a minute and move to the next one. After finishing each excersise take a 1-2 minute break and go again. Do the whole work out 3 times.
Body weight or goblet squats
High knee sprints
Backward plank with leg raises.
