Not old enough

I have to be 16 or older to go to the gym (in Norway). It is so annoying! Are there some exercises I can do that is at least as good as the ones you are able to do at the gym?

You can do a lot at the gym, so please be a little bit more specific.

There are lots of equipments. Are there some exercises that give at least as much results as the equipments?

You can do sit-ups and crunches, which are very effective. I never used any equipment and have great results.

But I have heard that sit-ups are the worst exercise for six pack (?) #confused

They are bad for a flat stomach, because the muscles grow under a fat layer (if there is one), which makes the stomach look bigger. But if you have a low fat percentage it's good for a six-pack.
