Ughh been feeling so lazy lately i dont feel like working out anymore ... but i have to lose the weight

well,if you are really serious about losing weight..you do not need us to motivate you..you will yourself work for your goal..:):)..write this goal of yours on paper and stick it in your room..and when you will see it everyday
..you will  automatically start working for it..:):)..all the best..:)Go and achieve your target ..nobody can stop you but you..:):)
