I need help being motivated any advice?
Ughh been feeling so lazy lately i dont feel like working out anymore ... but i have to lose the weight
Do it for the Summer, just looking good and healthy when its Summer
well,if you are really serious about losing weight..you do not need us to motivate you..you will yourself work for your goal..:):)..write this goal of yours on paper and stick it in your room..and when you will see it everyday
