Hi. I also have problem with lower body fat, including the 'chicken leg'.
I do full body workout almost everyday, or every other day, and I can wear my old pants,.
Honestly, I wouldn't do full body workouts... I would rather concentrate on a region... for example if I do barbell curl, I do skull crushes to get blood going to that general area which helps burn more fat and gain more muscle... its called monster setting
Get a ridtance band, and do inner and outter tigh squeezes
