What's the best workout for inner thighs?

I mostly struggle to strengthen the front/inner area of my thighs.. So what's the best workout for toning it up? Thanks :)

Sumo squats are great for inner thighs.

Plie squats and Plie lunges. May be same as sumo ones where ur toes pointed out from sides.

Hi. I also have problem with lower body fat, including the 'chicken leg'.
I do full body workout almost everyday, or every other day, and I can wear my old pants,.

Honestly, I wouldn't do full body workouts... I would rather concentrate on a region... for example if I do barbell curl, I do skull crushes to get blood going to that general area which helps burn more fat and gain more muscle... its called monster setting

Norma, I do a lot if cycling which has really helped build up the front of my thighs but the inside I also struggle with.

Get a ridtance band, and do inner and outter tigh squeezes
