New to this exersice malarkey and dont normally enjoy it. Any specific exersices that are easy and fun to do whilst still getting quick results.
My main areas to target weight loss are muffin tops and tummy.
What do you like to do? When you tie your exercise to something you find fun you will be more likely to keep at it. Have a big goal to, simply wanting to change how your body looks because you are not happy with it isn't big enough to keep you working out. Why do you feel the way you do and why do you want change? You are on the right path. Getting started is the hardest step. Now all you have to do is keep moving forward. Reach out for support & kick some ass!
Yoga is great. Just be patient as it is low impact and take a while to see results.
