Hi!

New to this exersice malarkey and dont normally enjoy it. Any specific exersices that are easy and fun to do whilst still getting quick results.

My main areas to target weight loss are muffin tops and tummy.

What do you like to doWhen you tie your exercise to something you find fun you will be more likely to keep at itHave a big goal tosimply wanting to change how your body looks because you are not happy with it isn't big enough to keep you working out. Why do you feel the way you do and why do you want changeYou are on the right path. I love yoga so will incorparate lots of that and anything quick and easy. I don't like sit ups! Haha thanks for the advice:)

Yoga is greatJust be patient as it is low impact and take a while to see results

I'm also a kind who lack endurance, and I'm a gamer, thus you can imagine how I am if I dont work out.
My fav is 7 minutes scientific workout. You only need 7 minutes to boost metabolism. It also has about 10 sec rest time before you do dubsequent reps. Take a look :) Scientific 7-Minute Workout

walking listening to ur favorite music... u won't even realize the time!! n depending on ur cardio condition, u walk fast or slow...
