I'm kind of a newbie to this whole workout thing.
I'm wanting to loose weight, but I don't know how long I should workout, what days I should workout or what workouts I should do to loose weight.
My goal weight is 150, since I'm athletic.
Let me know what y'all think I should do.
I would suggest steady state cardio or interval training at least four days a week. Also try to do stretch training every other day. You can alternate; legs and butt one day and arms and and tgere next.
@AnnaP Are there any steady state cardio workouts on here that you enjoy and that you would recommend?
Well any of the running workouts are super good. Also since you are a beginner you should stick to the casual and moderate and as you become more fit go on to the intense workouts. Just try out different workouts and see what you like best and what works.

Dont forget eating healthy (5meals a day)+drink A LOT of water:3
