Want to lose weight, tone musles and increase endurance
Sort of new at this so I just wanted to ask some questions.
If I want to lose belly fat (Had a baby 3 years ago) Do I need to cut out refined sugars and carbs? Because I love tea and of course I love my tea to be sweet. So what kind of sugar should I use to sweeten it? and I heard that having whole wheat bread is not good to eat since it has the bran and germ removed during the refining process. So I'm assuming whole grain bread is better?
