Motivation tips anyone?
Wondering what mind tricks you use to keep going especially during endurance exercises like planks and abs when it really hurts...
I suppose they could help me too :)
You can develop and improve your planking ability only by doing them consistently pinky....that is the only method..at least that's what i did..regular practice..and yeah..you can listen to some songs or watch some motivational videos that motivate and inspire you while doing planks ..So all the best Kill them!!
