I'm new here, but I decided to start this to keep myself accountable and motivated. One of my biggest problems is laziness. So I thought this might help. I also can't get to the gym very often so any workouts or exercises I can do at home are what I'm looking for. I'm going to be posting if I've worked out and any weight I've lost or gained on Fridays. If anyone would like to join me you are welcome to. :) the more the merrier!
