Should I workout before or after breakfast, before or after lunch or before or after dinner?

I'd say after. Your body needs nutrients in order to work to its full potential. Do give your body some time to digest after eating, after that you'll be ready for a work out :)

I've found that I like working out in the evening. I like the quiet and relaxed feeling my house gets. And it's a good way for me to unwind. You just have to figure out what you like best.

Try all of them and see what Tine works best fore you. It's different fore everyone. But my advice whould be before dinner so you Will get lots og energy to recover after your workout. :) I also hate to work our right after a Big meal. Makes my stomach upset :P
