I have been eating super healthy like no junk food except for fridays, but at dinner time i tend to have way too much... like today i had a lettuce wrap with fish and avacados and cucumbers and corn on the cob on the side. Then i went for some roated chickpeas and then watermellon and then more roasted chickpeas! I felt bad so i did an ab excersive on this website i found. Any help for portion control?
