So today I weighed myself and I'm back to my weight that I was at last week, I've been keeping track of what I drink and what I eat.
At the end of last week my weight was low, but now it's high again.
What should I do?
I'm not giving up though!
@NoahE My friend has been helping me loose weight since January with her Weight Watchers account.
With that I could drink/eat whatever I wanted then I would have to count the points for it.
What do you think is a good metabolism diet?
Also I'll research cardio videos.
I lack motivation, because to me it's hard to find that.

@CrystalS I'm just upset because my weight is high again on the scale.
I know the feeling. I have been going to the gym for 4 days a wk for 5 wks and trying to watch what I have been eating and the scale still reads the same. But I have measure my hips thighs and waist and they are a little smaller. You could be just building muscle. Muscle weights more than fat.

So sometimes I don't wanna workout.
I should probably come up with a better meal plan and research cardio workouts.
don't give up! The scale is just a number is all about how you feel about yourself. Your friends plan might work for her but it is not designed for you. You just need to remember everything in moderation and you need to remember you are always going to be the hardest to please. Just keep at it don't give up and when you learn to love your work outs and meals you'll be amazed at what you can accomplish!
