I want flat belly
Anyone can give any workout that can flatten ur stomach in only like 2 weekss??? Please!
The fat removal time would depend on your effort, both workout and diet.
You can do cardio and take less carbs and sugar.
I myself time between dinner and breakfast. It should be 10-12 hours, and have enough rest. Do cardio before breakfast. You can drink milk before cardio.
