I'm planning on doing a challenge that requires me to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks. This is open to anyone who is willing to try! If you don't achieve the goal of losing 15 lbs, you have to go on a strict diet for 2 weeks. The diet includes no baked food, sweets, fried food or processed foods. Have fun doing your challenge and may the force be with you!

Hey all New regimen gonna do more Cardio. Was focusing on muscles n been gaining muscle n losing fat but know will do better with a lot more Cardio. Lets kick butt whether for a few pounds or a lot. We can make it :)

Btw I started a New diet. Veggie diet. Well mostly no meat. I ate total cereal in morning. Corn cob n squash for lunch. Handful of nuts n a banana apple smoothie for snack. And for dinner a cp pinto beans on top of lettuce with some tomato. B having some pineapple later n off to bed
I wanna gain weight! Haha
