So I know that it's not good to over work yourself but I love working out and I can't skim off the last bit off fat that I want gone. Gaining weight is fine but I want to loose fat. Anyway. So if I ran did abs and yoga when I wake up and before I went to bed as well as weight room time in the middle of the day would that be fine? I'd take the weekends off naturally aside from my love of yoga. Would that be over working myself?
