Ok I'm a girl and I get muscly or "buff" really easily..on my legs especially..so I want to get skinnier not that much muscly because my legs tend to get huge, some people might like that but I don't love it. I want then with muscles but smaller lol.
Need to know some excersices that help me slim but not gain that much muscle

Well I dont think anything you do as an excercise will keep you from gaining muscle in the legs. The only thing that comes to mind is eating less protein. And instead of workouts do yoga. Yoga from what i have learned makes lean and toned mucles intead of bulky muscle. Good luck! Hope i helped a little.

Pilates (you can do the mat Pilates so no machine is needed) Also dancer's exercises like plies. Check out barre exercise.

I don't favor step or bicycle... for cardio it would be better plain treadmill walk or light jogging. Yoga would also be good.
