Ok I'm a girl and I get muscly or "buff" really easily..on my legs especially..so I want to get skinnier not that much muscly because my legs tend to get huge, some people might like that but I don't love it. I want then with muscles but smaller lol.
Need to know some excersices that help me slim but not gain that much muscle

I don't favor step or bicycle... for cardio it would be better plain treadmill walk or light jogging. Yoga would also be good.
