I working out really hard but I don't know how long I have to and what is beat things to eat during my journey, and I need motivation... I'm a beginner :-)
The best thing you can do is go running/jogging everyday for at least an hour. Also dont eat too much. No cake
Try to eat less carbs (rice, potatoes, pasta, etc...) and eat more leafy greens. Drink more water and do cardio and weight training together 5x a week. Good luck
Also try high intensity interval training (hiit), you should Google it. Hiit burns more calories in a shorter amount of time and continues to burn calories long after your workout. An example of this is jump rope for 30sec, March in place 10sec, jump rope 30sec, March in place 10 sec. U can change the times once you've built up stamina. YouTube has lots of hiit exercises you can follow.
