I'm always falling off the wagon when it comes 2 working out. I'm looking 4 ppl who can give some encouragement and maybe could use some as well. We can do it 2gether. I'm not looking 2 lose weight, I'm actually trying 2 gain weight, build muscle, and keep up my workout regimen. Help, lol!!!

Also new. Every1 seems really nice & motivational. I'm really good about keeping w a workout/ diet plan for couple of months then I fall off. But I manage 2 keep off the weight I lost during. During my last workout/diet session I lost 30lbs. Kept it off 6 months now I'm back on.....
Indeed because consistency is a main key of reaching your goal.
I'm in the same boat wanting to tone up, not lose weight. I like doing some exercise daily (morning and evening) and use followers as motivation + try and comment positively as much as possible. Feel free to follow me, can share some workouts :-)
HI...keep ur mind focused .... While dng any workout just keep concentrate on specific muscle portion for which u dng wrk out..
I've been working out ever since April 7th only so I can build a beach bod for the summer! And I've been seeing progress too!
3 days in....2lbs lighter...woot woot!!!
