In this topic we all here to motivate each other to get the highest performance to meet our goals
Let's do it and help each other by reminding with the training time and what workouts should we do and lot of things we can help each other

OK, let's do it! My game plan is to work out 5 days a week - never on Sunday. I hope to loose 30 lbs as soon as possible and be able to complete the Baltimore marathon.

You have a goal then you have to get it :-) , just think about ur goal and concentrate on ur plan and finally u gonna have the 2nd Place in da marathon :P
