Hey I'm new to this and sometimes I'm just so lazy. I had lost some weight last year from 150 to 130. I've gained weight this year and I'm now 140. I want to be 120 by summer. I need some motivation and to be held accountable. :-) - from Jamaica
Thank you pinky. Today I was to go jogging but I was so lazy and tired. But as soon as I got up I decided to do some short burst exercises on skibble. So at least that's a start.
Well done cadile.... we both wan loose the same amount of weight... n at least u made the effort to do sutin... well done girl.... jus have a vision of what u wana look like n keep at it!!!

It's been very hot and we had a drought since the year began. But we recently been getting some rain. Still hot and humid though.
