What are your weight goals and how much do you want to lose?

Current weight 219 lbs
Goal weight 147 lbs
Weight to lose 72 lbs

im 4.10" tall. And max weight for that hieght is about 120 i now weigh 130 so my weight goal is to lose those 10bls cuz im so small.
