Currently 192lbs. Goal 185. Just trying to be lean but toned and fit.
Weight to lose:-5 kg
Current: 85kg (188lbs)
Goal: 70kg (154lbs)
Weight to loose: 15kg (33lbs)
Weigh 330 lbs :( want to get down to 180 lbs.
I've already lost 35....80 to go!!
