Hi I'm new :-) how do I keep myself motivated? I am trying to exercise for at least 5 times a week... But sometimes it's so hard to get out of my comfort zone and start exercising :-( what do I do?

Pick 5 short workouts, and try one each day. Hopefully you'll find at least one you enjoy. If you do, continue with that one for the following week, trying out a new one every 2nd or 3rd day. Build up to a few that you enjoy and can manage. Make sure you set a regular time to exercise, and set yourself realistic targets. Good luck!
