Mine is to lose weight, to ameliorate my cardiovascular and strength
My goals are to tone my muscles and get in shape like I was when I got beck from basic training.
I would like to lose weight. I've never been so big and gross in my life. It's like I fell asleep and woke up someone else. so depressing.
Each day presents it own challenges... plan to challenge myself each day... in it for the looooong haul!!!

Had my third child 6weeks ago I have been losing weight since pregnancy but would like to drop more while toning, strengthening & building stamina & endurance.
Thanks for the positive feedback. Although I feel like crying everyday. I guess it's one day at a time.
My main goal is to get a bit more active. I could stand to lose a couple of lbs maybe five to ten right now.
