I would like to lose weight. I've never been so big and gross in my life. It's like I fell asleep and woke up someone else. so depressing.

Ive had this feeling before and im making that change everyday. I know where I want to be but I also know where I never wanna be again ! Keep positive you can do it :) hard work pays off in the long run.

Had my third child 6weeks ago I have been losing weight since pregnancy but would like to drop more while toning, strengthening & building stamina & endurance.

My main goal is to get a bit more active. I could stand to lose a couple of lbs maybe five to ten right now.

Lose some weight and be fitter so I can start playing basketball like I used to again. Be the best I can be in general without overdoing it
