We'll I've done it again. I worked hard last summer and lost 35lbs. I felt great. But then school started up again I had had no time to do anything health related. Now I get out of achool in 3 weeks but I've gained all my weight back plus a little bit more. I'm now 168lbs. I need help on how to get back in shape fast and how to better maintain my health for next school year. I'm very busy during the school year and often get to bed at 11:00 or midnight. Then I have to wake up at 5:00 to be at school at 6:30. Please help. I want to be slim again.
