I'm just starting this. But just tonight I have done a few of these exercises, and I feel great. Probably will be sore tomorrow. Any tips on working on my stomach?
It depends on ur weight! If u r overall fat then u should just do cardio and if u r skinny or thin so u can do crunches, plank, dips and all
