I'm just starting this. But just tonight I have done a few of these exercises, and I feel great. Probably will be sore tomorrow. Any tips on working on my stomach?

It depends on ur weight! If u r overall fat then u should just do cardio and if u r skinny or thin so u can do crunches, plank, dips and all

I weigh about 110. And I'm semi thin. I'm 5'5". Its just a little chub. :) and I lose energy quick too.. I need to get my immunity to working out up. I guess just gradually working everyday will do the job

Hi ya try the blazeing abs and animal core workout  and lots of any of the cardio workouts :0)
