Do sweat belts really work I think it's called that I'm not sure, but you wrap it around your belly area
It is a waste of money........ It does work but only for a few days.......... N then ull get ur belly back!
It's definitely worth loose!!!!!! Eat healthy and train hard and you'll come very long!!!
In short, there is no way to "spot train" fat away. It's all about overall body fat percentage and genetics. Basically, where your body chooses to store fat. For example, as a guy I store fat around my torso (aka belly), if I want a six pack I need to drop down to around 12% body fat. I can do all the crunches I want to, but unless I reduce my intake and increase my caloric expenditure, I'll never see those muscles. Once at 12% body fat I could use crunches to add definition, but till then...
Remember, everybody's body is different, so where your body stores fat and at what body fat percentage you'll look best at will vary. Try to aim for feeling healthy and fit, the looks come later.
It makes you sweat... It only drains the water inside not the fat... To me it's a waist of time and money
