Hi everyone I'm looking for advice. I'm trying to get back into working out as I've not been doing any for a long time. I've been walk a lot but Thts it. Wat wld u say is the best way to start working out slowly n easy again. Any advice wld be Gr8. X

Good for you, I started lightly and have continued lightly 6 months later and have dropped a stone and half since September I jog (slowly)/walk for 2 miles a days every day takes 20 mins also have slashed cals to about 1400 off all good foods, loads of fruit etc. Not alcohol, cakes etc. Good luck
