Staying Motivated

Losing weight is hard but its worth it. I find myself flip flopping so much. I think staying Motivated is the key and also hard as well. I workout for a couple times and then lose motivation and that sucks. Quite frankly I'm tired of it because I never complete my goals. Lose twenty and then gain it back. Well I'm tired of that and I want to lose 45 lbs before my 33rd bday in October. So if you guys see I haven't posted in a minute hit me up and tell me "Quit be lazy and get up and workout! " Help me to stay motivated people. LETS DO THIS AND GET HEALTHY AND HAPPY

I know exactly how you feel... I'm the same way, let's hold each other accountable, I'll follow you and check up on you every now and then, I love how this app has made everyone so motivated, it's great
