I can honestly say squats since its the only one from above I've done lol but I just started the 30 day squat challenge and I'm loving it so far

I think 99% of girls will say squats,  very rare to see a girl doing the squat with some weight on her back, even harder to find is a girl doing deadlifts and hitting the bench,

I guess I'm one of the 1% of females that loves squats and deadlifts. The heavier the better. But due to a birth injury, bench press isn't feasible or else I'd be all over that too. Lol

Squats, but I do deadlift variations and pec exercises as well - just not normal bench press currently. I try and make sure I hit every muscle at least once a week!
