Having Summer Body in 40 days?

How can I have a Summer Body in 40 days.
I am having fats on my Belly and my arms and legs are weak and my back is not fully straight..
Any Suggestions?

Keep building on whatever you need. Cardio for fat loss and lifting and toning to look more defined. You might not be at your goal in 40 days but if you've been working you'll be very proud of your progress!
