Hey everyone! I'm new to this soon and need help with motivation! I'm 18 5' 8" and I weigh 248lbs. I've started a 30 days challenge and am now on day 14. I would love to be under 200 lbs by the 1st day of fall and eventually work my way down to 170-180 lbs. So, if you're wanting to loose a lot of weight like me, let's chat!

We can do this guys! I don't know if they have one on this app, but I downloaded calorie counter yesterday. It basically tells you how many calories you should consume in a day and let's you record everything you eat so you stay on track a little better. I know it helped me yesterday, and I have a really good feeling it's going to keep working.
If you have problems controlling what you eat, like me, I would really recommend that app!
What do you all do for workouts?
Right now walking and core yoga. Not sure where else to start
Join to "june to end of august challenge", that's a great crew, they have great motivators and great ideas for healthy diets, they would help you to loose wiegh or gain muscle wiegh, eat healthier and take care of your body abd they would even try to cheer you up if you are sad so you can keep up with your goals..great crew, great people
