What would you do if you had to work out but were not feeling well?
I'd just try to do as much as I can before I got too fatigued and nauseous because I was nauseous with a killer headache last night, what about you guys?
Well! I think u should take a day or two rest to fell better btw! The green tea IS PERFECT for pains Especially headache I take it after every workout..and after the rest u will be more FRESH and STRONG ! Good luck :)
Thank you for the tip! But I am feeling much better today and I usually drink muscle milk or something high in protein and low in carbs as a workout recovery drink :)
