1.Think about where you don't want to be. 2.wake up you our the only one who can make you move. 3. Believe in all things our possible if you try. 4 . motivation is the key to success. 5.Is the 5 pounds you lost before you gave up last time. 6. self worth is a sign that you know you deserve better than what you have been. 7 . dependable for the time of your workouts no putting it off get it done. 8.eat right just because your working out the body needs the fuel to burn to keep your body strong. 9. Don't cheat the only person you our hurting is yourself. 10.make sure you tell yourself you love yourself because it all starts with you and how you feel about self .11. Stay positive don't ever give up on you so what if you mess up get back up dust yourself off an Beast Mode again an again til you get it right its never to late 12.EXCERISE IS FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO GET HEALTHY NO MATTER THE SIZE ;)
