New on this whole weight loss. Need advice on eating right what to eat and not to and what's the best workout for baby fat

You could do this .. when you wake up drink two glasses of water do some work out s to get your body warmed up .. do full body work outs walking is good before you run .. do your stretches..eat green veggies like raw spinach , celery, cucumbers and bell peppers. . Stay away from fast food places eat clean cut out more of your sweets.. and when your stomach grawls your not actually hungry drink water lots of water but not back to back.. ... and do work outs that make the sweat count dance. squats. Stomach work...

Egg whites are a fatfree source of protein eating them instead of eggs with the yolk helps. Broccoli is good and dried fruit and nuts are good snacks. :)
