Feeling Depressed

So I've been feeling depressed lately, so I kinda haven't been on my loosing weight game. I've been loosing motivation to. How can I get back up and accomplish this goal of loosing weight?

I was told a couple things about depression.. 1. depression can't hit moving target. which means stay active. don't be bored at home! either u look at things to get done or stroll in the park or something. perhaps participate in events. 2. help others without expecting anything in return. volunteering work is everywhere. you can also call a friend and ask, how are you, but don't spill out ur problems. when ur in service ur not obsessed with urself. u can also be kind in public like let someone in front of u in line who seems to be...
