Was sick, feel out of shape

I've been sick for about a week and a half and feel out of shape. I just don't feel like working out like I did. How do I get back in it?

U can't rush from 0-100, so first try to do easy workouts like Yoga (e.g) and u'll realize that ur body is ready to do more and from then u can rush up to 100 :)

Thanks for the advice, I just feel like I'm in a rush because there's a family wedding next week. You can say I'm stressing a bit much.
