I was almost at the top level of redcross swimming and training for a test to be at the lifeguard level. I've always had insomnia and social issues but I started getting very depressead and smoking cigarettes when I was 14. This is what ruined it I just couldn't do it. Now im turning 20.
I want to be a swimmer again but I have a lot going on and I don't know where to start. Any swimmers on here?
