How long does it take to notice a change?
I've been using this app for 16 days so far. I was quite physically strong with high endurance prior to this so have been working on flexibility and tone. I've been attempting to do a photo a day when and where I can (check my profile) but so far I can't see a difference. Main thing I want is the fatty bit over my lower abs to go.
Any ideas on how long before I'll notice a change?
