I want to become the best I could be but, it's very difficult for me to stay motivated and keep up with my training. I always end up missing workout days and end up not doing anything at all. If anyone would like to be motivation buddies, that would be awesome.! :D

Glad to know Im not the only one with this problem. What do you do to keep yourself motivated.?
I usually think of my target. The first exercise is the most difficult one. I start with the easy ones, just to relax and then go to the most difficult ones..
What do you suggest?
Starting out hard is good but you have to keep going hard until it gets easy then go even harder. So you can continue to progress.
