I want to become the best I could be but, it's very difficult for me to stay motivated and keep up with my training. I always end up missing workout days and end up not doing anything at all. If anyone would like to be motivation buddies, that would be awesome.! :D

I have lost motivation many times, but I found this app very helpful. Everyone in here is really helpful and really makes you want to workout. One thing that really helps to stay active is to imagine how you want to look and keep it in mind while you workout.

I usually think of my target. The first exercise is the most difficult one. I start with the easy ones, just to relax and then go to the most difficult ones..

Starting out hard is good but you have to keep going hard until it gets easy then go even harder. So you can continue to progress.

I tried that but, that only discouraged me even more.
So i just imagine myself if i was in worse shape.
