Its better to look shredded and tight then to look big and bloated
Also do the essentials like pushups, dips, pullups all the way down and look up the different variations. Go hard and dont get discouraged when you dont see results right away, its hard to gain lean mass but it removes the bulking/cutting phases which puts alot of stress on the body. Goodluck
