Ok... very new to this, im getting married in September, i have tried working out at home and i just hate it, that and i have 3 kids that i have to constantly stop and take care of, i did p90x for 3 months and lost 30 lbs... finally got under 200! Then i ended up getting really sick and had 5 surgeries in 1yr, gained about 40... lost 20 and now im stuck... i got a gym membership but im uncomfortable with myself in front of people i dont know... any suggestions??

People don't only go to the gym to stay fit..you shoudln't be uncomfortable that you're trying to lose weight. Be confident!!

Go with your blood type diet ...The things you shouldn't eat it works like a poison in your body and the things you should , works like a medicine . Do it you be 3 steps closer to your goals ....

Go to the gym! You can do workout at home, but it is not the same!

Everyone goes to the gym to get fit. You have a man so how cares about your looks. Because what you like like now is not what you look like in september. Best wish and go to the gym and achive YOUR GOALS. You can do it.
