✨lose 3 inches of belly fat in 3-4 wks
Hey guys! I need tips on how exactly to lose weight and how much I should workout to lose weight. I tried running but it didn't work.
Although I want to tone, I also would like to trim mostly my stomach area. My measurements are 36-29-40 it sounds like amazing measurements but my stomach is 33inches and I would like to lose 3 inches by the end of June or about 3-4 weeks.
I'm also not a big dieter so I need tips on meals. I also am doing tea detoxes starting tomorrow. ☕️
