Hi I'm new and thinking of doing the beach body workouts has anyone tried them?

Hello. I'm a beach body coach and work out with P90X3 as well as this S Health app. ☺ I think it's pretty cool. Helped me out alot.

Hi, thanks for replying. My goal is to lose 10 lb and tone up. I recently lost 21 lb and have hit a plateau.
I have a family and full time job so time and space are constraints for me.

If u like challenges, T 25 would be a great one! Just 25 mins and you will only need a pair of dumbells or a band and you work at your own intensity... It's one of my favorites!
