Well,i think u should work on ur abs, like make them more defined

Yea, that's one part I'm working on at the mo, they are getting there, just a lot more lower ab work needed I think. Trying to get body fat down more and I think they will be there :-/ ha.. Thanks for the reply tho

But other than that i dont think u need to change anything,u already have a tone body :)
