Okay, so I've been doing workouts for two and bit weeks in aid of getting rid of some of my horrible fat, getting some abs and so on.
So far, I've completed about 50 workouts and I have gained around 4-5kg which is quiet a lot.
As well as the exercises I've done on here, I have done various light weight exercises (using a 5kg), I've been doing cycling and have this spring thing which is for arms/chest.
Any thoughts/ideas for me getting my abs goal? The lower tier is the worst and I have tried to focus on it. I can hold plank for 3-4 minutes easily (I just get really bored) so I have the core strength...
Other than that, looking at my photo log, is there anything else I need to work on people?
