So This App Is Free But Yuu' Gotta Pay For Its Programs N' Workouts!? Anybody Know Any Good Nutrional Apps!? Like Scheduled Eating?? Lol

1: yes the app is free
2: yes you have to buy the special workout plans, you can try the Pro + if you want to try them out.
3: no. Most of the workouts are free, but you can get the Pro upgrade to get more workouts, create multiple workouts yourself and get better audio.
4: I like to use lifesum.

MyFitnessPal is a great app for android and it's free, you can even scan barcodes to add meals.

This app offers most features for free but as with most apps, premium features come at a price, the free version is still amazing and the paid is for those who want a better experience with the app and use it all the time :)
