I need and want to work out...but I have no energy to do so. I really want to workout tho! I want to lose some inches and weight so bad.... But my lack of energy, push, drive etc. Is very low. What can I do? Any advice? Foods I should eat more of? Anything?
Whole grain carbs are great for general energy production, as well as veggies to get all those vitamins. Motivation can be hard. For me personally, music is a great energy booster! I can't really workout without my tunes. Try and find high energy fast tempo music that will really get you pumped up! Good luck!
